Rockport, in association with Chartwell REIT, set out to create what would then be the flagship of the Chartwell brand, on this 2 1/2 acre site overlooking a 10 acre park on Eglinton Avenue between Scarlett Rd and Royal York Blvd. in Etobicoke. And we succeeded. Scarlett Heights is a 9 storey, 206 suite resort-style luxurious retirement residences with 9' ceilings, impressive views from floor to ceiling windows and lavish finishes in all the one and two bedroom suites. Scarlett Heights offers an independent lifestyle with all the advantages and convenience of a retirement residence.

Affiliation and operation

Rockport constructed the Scarlett Heights Retirement Facility and opened its doors in the spring of 2006, on schedule and on budget. In 2009, the property was sold to the Maestro Group, and is now operated by their Allegro Management.
